Job Title: Parts Representative

Department: Parts

Reports to: Parts Manager

• Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Answer phone calls and email inquiries from customers and vendors pertaining to parts.
• Create customer orders and returns.
• Prepare customer orders.
• Receive and unpack orders from vendors.
• Inspect orders for damages
• Stock incoming orders in their correct bin locations
• Label parts
• Identify, sell, and deliver parts to customers
• Ship and receive parts orders
• Create bill of ladings and packing lists on parts orders.
• Process outgoing orders using UPS or FedEx.
• Create outbound and inbound custom forms.
• Load and unload orders using forklift.
• Pickup orders from local vendors.
• Read and interpret manuals.
• Assist service department locating parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory.
• Daily and annual inventory counts.
• Maintain accurate purchase orders and receivers.
