Job Title: Branch Manager – Philadelphia

Territory includes Eastern Pennsylvania, the five Boroughs in New York City, and New Jersey.

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and actively participate in sales and rental efforts across the territory.
  • Oversee Service, Parts, and office teams, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Collaborate with local unions and represent the company’s interests.
  • Maintain strong financial performance with P&L accountability for a $15M+ business unit.
  • Ensure operational excellence across inventory management, customer service, and business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales success in the heavy construction equipment industry—foundation drilling equipment experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated management and supervisory experience with both union and non-union personnel.
  • Expertise in inventory control and operational planning.
  • Experience managing a large profit center or business unit with full P&L responsibility.
  • Background working in a union shop environment.
