Job Title: Welder

Department: Service Department

Reports To: Service Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aldan, PA, for a Welder. The Welder will be responsible for performing precision welding tasks including Arc, TIG, and MIG welding to fabricate or repair machinery, Kelly Bars, casing, and tooling. Daily responsibilities include interpreting blueprints or specifications, preparing and aligning materials, welding in various positions, inspecting completed work for quality, and maintaining equipment. Adherence to safety protocols and quality standards is paramount in this position.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding techniques
  • Hands-on experience with welding processes and working on a variety of materials Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements
  • Strong understanding of materials and their properties Attention to detail and ability to inspect work for quality and accuracy
  • Commitment to following all safety protocols in a workshop setting
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is a plus
  • Welding certification or relevant technical training is preferred
