At ECA Canada he became the BAUER Applications Engineering Manager, focusing primarily on introducing new drilling techniques, tools, and rigs to the North American market. In 2016 Gordian moved to Philadelphia to join ECA in the U.S. where he is now centrally located at ECA Philadelphia.
