Born and raised in Philadelphia, Rich graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Saint Joseph’s University. In 2005, he went into construction sales, and in 2010, found his home at ECA.
Rich worked out of ECA’s Philadelphia branch as a Sales Representative covering Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and New York. He was instrumental in providing the clients with profitable solutions and advanced applications in the foundation industry.
In 2017, Rich was promoted to ECA Philadelphia Branch Manager. He uses the values instilled into him at a young age to be an effective leader for his employees and company.
When Rich is away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Chrissy and their three children Bradley, Adam, and Laura.
